Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be comfortable with your CardioX order. This policy explains your right to return the product and how refunds are handled.

1. Your 14-day right of withdrawal

In line with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at [email protected] with your order details before the period ends.

2. Condition of returned goods

To be eligible, the product should be returned unused and in its original, unopened packaging where possible. For hygiene reasons, sealed supplements that have been opened may not be returnable unless faulty.

3. How to return

Once you contact us, we will confirm the return address and the steps to follow. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

4. Refunds

After we receive and check the returned item, we will refund the amount you paid for it, using the same method where possible, within 14 days. Because orders are cash-on-delivery, we will arrange the refund with you directly.

5. Faulty or incorrect items

If your product arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, contact us promptly and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any reasonable return costs.

6. Your statutory rights

This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory consumer rights.
